Returns
Returns are only possible for destinations within the European Union. For all orders, with destinations outside of the European Union, are final sale.
You have the ability to try your product(s) on at home, and send them back to us within 5 days - starting from the day of receipt – for a refund. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and you will be given a full refund of the frame(s), minus the restocking fee,* if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them.

If 5 days have gone by since receiving your product(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
As soon as your return shipment has been received and checked at Statomentale16, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are not approved, then your refund will be rejected and we will return your purchase to you in the same condition we have received it.
Returns will be handled within 3 working days after delivery to our store. We will issue a refund to your credit card of any new item that you return within the return window. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account immediately and it might take your bank up to 10 business days to process it.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund on any custom orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You should always use a traceable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs applied to the original purchase, are non-refundable.
Extraordinary Situations
In the case of an undelivered or abandoned package, (ie: any parcel that has been neglected, refused, not claimed for, or any incoming taxes and duties requested by the recipient's country are not paid for, resulting in a shipment which cannot be delivered to the destination) and as a result, the parcel is returned to sender, will be considered as an "extraordinary situation." In such situations, any costs incurred by the sender, for the return and where applicable, the reimportation for the undelivered package, will not be refunded. These costs will be applied to the original purchase price and deducted.
Example:
Cost of purchase = € 500
Costs incurred for return shipment (warehouse storage and courier fee(s)) = € 50
Costs incurred for reimportation (customs duties & taxes) = € 200
Restocking Fee = € 30
Total amount eligible for reimbursement = € 220
